Training Program

Overview

Each fall, new members of the Virginia Undergraduate Real Estate Club complete a semester-long training program intended to prepare our members to be confident future real estate professionals. At the conclusion of the training program, our members are well prepared to succeed in the real estate industry, having learned the fundamental aspects of the asset class and basics of financial modeling.

Curriculum

Our ten week curriculum covers many of the topics found in introductory real estate finance classes. Our training materials have been developed by students and are available only to our members. Over the course of the training program, members select a real estate development project, create a full 5-year proforma for the property, and present their recommendations to the club.
